server with player lvl up with GM buff?

| First of all,
GM'S buff All noobs Players in start of the server,(2-3 Days)
Second,All gm's give zen to players when they start for 2-3 Days..We make an attempt to make a good server and i think we manage it.
I don't hear from anyone that we make something wrong you are the only one,i dont know what you dont like but i dont think that is something here which is wrong.
Think what u say,understand our effort and then make your comments.

| really echo? because i see only greaks or turk player with good resets... all with me county tell gm dont help...
P3R4LT4 tell for gm give buff.. gm kill peralta... only this i see...
but dont problem.. good joob for all...
